NO MORE BOOSTER SEAT!!!! That's right, he is no longer required to use booster seat! Grandbaby is over 60lbs, his feet touch the floor comfortably, seatbelts fit him just right, and most importantly HE IS HAPPY!!!
He is the best CHECKERS player. He sets you up and slams you with you losing to a 7 year old. I have yet to challenge him to a game, I told him to come see me when he thinks he has mastered the game. I will duel him to a game this weekend. Best I heard from the latest game was "You just weren't paying attention, Grandpa."
He will be getting very good at CHESS soon, he plays at level 8 and wins some, and of course lose some.
He is one of the challenging CARD PLAYERS (Rummy and Crazy Eights.. I hear he plays other card games), and even knows the lingo. Oh my my my.. -still makes me laugh.
WE have all of his court paperwork filed. Temp Custoday/Termination of Parental Rights/Adoption/Serve/and I don't remember the last one. And the Attorney is paid up to date! Yay! We're are just waiting for the parents to be served and hearing dates.
Grandbaby is top 3% student of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In the test they were given, the score for average student is 151 to 171, he scored 194, in math 198. He is a year ahead of his school. It is said he is very talented in art, and may be gifted in visual perception.
Taekwondo, we had the largest NM HAMNADANG in ABQ, NM, bringing in 21 dojos from Arizona, Mexico, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. Grandbaby drugged home first place in Poomse, Breaking, and Sparring.
In sparring: This kid, suppose to be the best, until he met Grandbaby. Also, he is a Poom Belt, meaning he is the Black Belt.
In Breaking, he broke all very well.. even made a grown man cry.
In Poomse, he is just being Grandson.
During Blue Belt Testing, he performed at the least of expectancy.. and passed. Now he is a Blue Belt.
He has been Taekwondo for a year now. Five Gold, and Four Silvers. Earned four belts. White (doesn't really count), Yellow, Orange, Green, and Blue.

A day before Thanksgiving my mom came to visit, of course, Ramon was with her. I didn't say much to her, we had informed Ramon he was not allowed to be around us, so he left. My mom said they had moved to another location, and she didn't want to tell me where. Ramon's phone is not a working number, and found out it was prepaid phone. On facebook, he kept indicating Danielle had left him for another man.. I printed them.. my mom said she has been at the apartment the whole time. And yes, Danielle's siblings are also residing with them. Mom said there was one time, when she just arrived, Ramon told Danielle's brother he could not be smoking with Little Joe in the apartment or he will need to leave, Danielle got upset with him and had an argument. Their new apartment is under my mom's name, and the utilities. So she said.
